How do I embed a Lapentor project into a WordPress website?

Go to your project editor, click Share, and copy the Embed Code. Then go to your WordPress page editor, paste the code into the page, and publish. Your Lapentor tour will now display on your WordPress site.

Why can't I see my Control Bar?

The Control Bar only appears when you've installed a plugin that provides control buttons, such as Common Buttons, Google Map, Background Music, or Intro Popup. Install one from the Marketplace to bring it back.

How do I set the default zoom level?

Open your project editor, use your mouse wheel to zoom to the level you want, then click Set Default View in the View Settings toolbar to save it. See View Settings & Default View.

How can I see how many people visited my 360 tour? Can I link it to Google Analytics?

You can view visit statistics on the Analytics page (Premium). You can also connect your tour to your own Google Analytics account for additional tracking.

What computer configuration is required to use Lapentor?

None. Lapentor is a cloud-based platform that requires no special hardware. Just visit app.lapentor.com, log in, and start creating from any regular laptop with an internet connection.

How do I report software issues or bugs?

Click the Live Chat icon at the bottom right of lapentor.com to connect with support.

What is Multiresolution?

Multiresolution is a technology that loads only the portions of a 360° panoramic image that match your current zoom level and viewing angle. This reduces memory usage while keeping image quality high. It can be enabled in your project settings.

What is Cloud Hosting?

Cloud Hosting is Lapentor's solution for instantly publishing your tour on the internet. Your project becomes available online immediately, with no server configuration or file uploads required. See Cloud Hosting vs. Self-Hosting.

What is a scene?

A scene is a rendered 360° panoramic image that you can interact with by zooming in or out and panning up, down, left, or right. Learn more in Scenes & Scene Groups.

What happens when my Lapentor premium subscription ends?

Your account reverts to the Free plan. Any projects beyond the Free plan's limit are locked and inaccessible until you upgrade again. Projects only become deletion candidates after 90 days, and only if they meet all three conditions: no login for 90 days, zero views in 30 days, and no edits in 90 days.

Will I lose my projects after my subscription ends?

Your projects are not deleted immediately. Only the number allowed under the Free plan stay active, and the rest are locked. A locked or inactive project is only marked for deletion if it meets all three inactivity conditions above simultaneously, for 90 days.

Why does Lapentor delete inactive projects?

To keep the platform clean, secure, and to reduce unnecessary storage and environmental footprint. Only projects that are completely untouched and unviewed, meeting all three strict inactivity conditions at once, are ever removed.
