Why can't my tour go fullscreen on my mobile device?

Fullscreen functionality isn't supported in the HTML5 viewer on most mobile devices. This is a browser limitation, not a Lapentor issue. You can check caniuse.com/#feat=fullscreen to verify support for a specific browser. Enabling "Mobile" in your search/viewer settings can help optimize the experience for mobile visitors.

Why can't I enable Gyroscope or WebVR on my tour?

On iOS devices, if your tour is displayed inside an iframe on a domain different from where it's hosted, Apple's security restrictions block Gyroscope and fullscreen functionality, which also prevents VR mode from working. This is a platform restriction from Apple, not a bug in your tour. Visiting the tour's direct link (instead of an embedded version) avoids this restriction.
