What payment methods do you accept?

Lapentor officially accepts Visa and Mastercard through Stripe for all transactions. PayPal is supported in special cases upon request. Contact Live Chat to ask.

Where can I find receipts for my purchases?

Receipts are emailed to your account address automatically. You can also download invoices anytime from the Billing page in your account settings. See Billing & Invoices.

What happens to my tours when my Cloud Hosting subscription ends?

Your account reverts to the Free plan and your tour data remains securely stored and marked private until you reactivate. Data is only permanently deleted if your account stays inactive for more than three months.
