How do I export or download a project for self-hosting?

Go to your Project Dashboard, hover over the project you want, and click Export. Existing customers with a card on file are charged $10; new customers enter their card details and process a $10 payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive a zip file containing all the images and source code needed to run your tour. Just upload and unzip it on your hosting server. Why does exporting my project take so long?

Preparing an export takes a little time. If it seems stuck, refresh your browser and try the download again. You won't be charged twice. If the problem continues, refresh the Download page to check if a link has been generated. If no link appears, contact Live Chat.

Can I re-download my purchased project if I have made edits?

Yes. You can re-download your purchased project unlimited times, even after making further edits.

What is self-hosting?

Self-hosting lets you export and download your tour project as a zip file containing all the images and source code it needs. Upload and unzip that file on your own server, and it works immediately with no extra configuration.
